Here’s your chance to see a Jimmy Kimmel Live! show, stay in a special suite, and do something for charity all at the same time.

Hyatt’s Andaz brand is teaming up with (RED) charity to offer a special (ANDAZ) RED Suite experience at the Andaz West Hollywood. The creative (RED) Suite designed by Jonathan Adler is available for booking starting today, March 10, 2017.

(RED) is the organization started by Bono and Bobby Shriver where up to 50% of the profits on (RED) sales go to fight AIDS, and this project is no different with 30% of the room rate for the suite going towards the good cause.

Here are the details on the three special packages that include stays in special suite, along with booking links –

1. With the first (ANDAZ) RED Suite package, you get sparkling wine upon arrival. Nightly room rate = $519.

3. The third package called the Rise, Shine & Show is the most robust. In addition to the sparkling wine, breakfast, sweet & savory snacks and Sundeck Cabana, you’ll get two tickets to attend ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live!. The tickets come with green room access beforehand, and seats in the audience for the show. Nightly rate = $849.

Note that there are only five Rise, Shine & Show packages available, bookable between March 10-April 10, 2017.

The (ANDAZ) RED Suite is not available on points, but I did find that it is possible to discount the package rates a bit. If you’re going to pay for the special experience promoted by the charity though, do you really want to shave anything off the rate? 30% of the rate goes to (RED), and every dollar they can get helps.

For those who miss out on the Rise, Shine & Show package but want to see a Jimmy Kimmel Live! show, you can always add your request to the ticket site’s waitlist, though there are no guarantees.

In addition to the stay packages, some (RED) goodies placed in the Suite will be available for purchase. Here is a list of the current items:

(ALESSI)RED Anna G Corkscrew, (ALEX AND ANI)RED Kindred Cord Bracelet, (BEATS)RED Beats Pill+, (BELVEDERE)RED Special Edition Vodka, (BILLECART-SALMON)RED Brut Reserve Champagne, (FEED)RED Love 30 Bag, (FRESH)RED SUGA(RED) Lip Treatment, (GAP)RED t-shirt, (GAP)RED hat, (JONATHAN ADLER)RED Tomato Pop Candle, (MOLESKINE)RED notebook, (S’WELL)RED bottle, and THEORY 11 NPH Playing Cards.

There’a also a Vans pop-up store in the Andaz West Hollywood lobby going on from now through March 12, 2017. A limited edition of Vans shoes in collaboration with Jonathan Adler (Sk8-Hi, and Classic Slip-Ons) will be available for $100 to anyone stopping by.

I wrote a hotel review on the Andaz West Hollywood and enjoyed my stay, which was in a King Suite. The location was great, as was the service and room. Plus, even in the King Suite there were whimsical art pieces and touches of Rock ‘n Roll.

As a Hyatt Diamond, breakfast and snacks are already complimentary, and my inclination would be to use a Diamond Suite Upgrade rather than flat out paying for a suite if I wasn’t particularly wanting the (RED) version.

If you are are simply looking for a paid rate to stay in a suite at the Andaz West Hollywood for the night though, the special (ANDAZ) RED Suite is only marginally more expensive than a regular Suite.

I love that these special packages are fun experiences that benefit charity at the same time. Perhaps a little steep in price overall, but it goes towards a great cause.

    1. Dot Cahill, (RED)’s website says that they “support The Global Fund HIV/AIDS grants in eight countries with a goal of virtually eliminating transmission of the virus from moms to their babies.”

ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! donated the tickets for five shows, to encourage people to give towards the (RED) charity.
