The Hyatt Regency Amsterdam started taking reservations yesterday, for arrivals starting June 1, 2017.

The property will join the Andaz Amsterdam, Prinsengracht and the Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport to be Hyatt’s third property in Amsterdam.

There’a a 24/7 fitness center, and a Club Lounge. The property will also have four meeting rooms with a separate conference entrance.

Parking includes underground garage and valet, though there are no prices listed yet on the website.

Food and Drinks:

The Hyatt Regency Amsterdam will have Mama Makan Restaurant & Bar styled as a Dutch Grand Café in Indonesia serving cocktails inspired by nature. No menu available yet for the European/Indonesian restaurant, but quoting the website –

Italian risottos sit alongside French crab bisques, Dutch kibbeling and Indonesian signature gorengs

Yum. Sounds delicious.

Summary

The location of the new property looks very good, and I always love seeing Hyatt expand their footprint. I’m curious to learn what category the property will be for award redemption, and eagerly look forward to seeing pictures of the suites!

    1. Great to hear that the new Hyatt is in a convenient location Kathy (Will Run for Miles), and thanks for the links. I’m sure readers will find them helpful if planning a trip to Amsterdam. I checked out the De Plantage restaurant menu and it looks delicious, especially the lunch dishes and Tartines. Yum!
