The current IMG Worlds of Adventure will connect to the new park by way of a sky bridge that has already been built.

Spanning over 2 million square feet, the world’s largest indoor theme park will be broken up into nine separate zones.

Several international brand partnerships for the new theme park have been announced, and they are –

Cartoon Network, TV TOKYO, Mattel, Nickelodeon, Saban Brands, Ubisoft, and Pokémon.

Nickelodeon already has its own hotel and SpongeBob Villa in the Dominican Republic, but all characters have been licensed to be used in the new IMG Worlds of Legends theme park, which is kind of a big deal.

What sort of rides and areas and can you look forward to?

If you can’t get enough Pokémon and are still trying to catch ’em all, you’re in luck as there will be a character/attraction.

If you have little tykes and find yourself singing, “they’re two, they’re four, they’re six, they’re eight, shunting trucks and hauling freight” you’ll be pleased to know that there’s going to be a Thomas & Friends character/attraction.

Others include Assassin’s Creed, Dragon Ball Z, SpongeBob SquarePants, Barbie, Bob the Builder, Hot Wheels, Mega Bloks, Dora the Explorer, and Rayman Raving Rabbids.

Haven’t heard of the last one yet? It’s like a Looney Tunes game in French (Rayman contre les Lapins Crétins, translated to Rayman against the Moronic Rabbits).
