Super 8 Hotels is giving away not-so-super artwork for free tonight in Miami’s Wynwood Art District, as part of Miami’s Art Week.

Tonight only, the hotel chain is giving away kitchy hotel art that previously adorned walls. Called, “When the Art Comes Down” the humorous giveaway makes room for new artwork to entice a new (read: Millennial) generation of travelers. I think this is a really fun way for Super 8 to usher in a refresh on their brand and find some takers for the old artwork. Who knows, maybe some people out there are nostalgic or have a perfect place in mind for some pictures. One man’s trash is another’s treasure…happy treasure hunting!
