Lavish Inauguration Hotel Packages

Whether you watched the Vice Presidential debate last night or if you are not that involved in politics you’ve surely heard the whirlwind of discussions that surround the election this year.

Regardless of who will move into the White House, hotels in the Washington area are already getting ready with fancy Inauguration Week packages (surrounding the 20th of January).

Park Hyatt Washington – Package includes a four night stay at the presidential suite, dinner for 12 at the hotel’s Blue Duck Tavern restaurant, and a VIP tour of the home of George Washington and Mount Vernon. Park Hyatt will give some of the proceeds to the Trust for the National Mall and Mount Vernon. Price tag: $45,000

The Graham in Georgetown – Package includes 50 rooms for the weekend, evening cocktail receptions for 100 with live music, champagne, vodka and caviar, use of two of the hotel’s cars, and a monument tour. Price tag: $200,000

Fairmont Washington DC – Package for four people plus family pooch, including private jet roundtrip flights to and from Washington from anywhere in the US, four nights in the presidential suite, butler service, a closet of carefully chosen clothes pre-stocked by Saks 5th Avenue, daily hair and make-up services in-room, evening reception for 20 in the suite with Beluga caviar and champagne, and a cocktail to be named after you. It even includes custom home-cooked meals for your furry puppy created by the hotel chef. Price tag: $500,000

Trump International Hotel in Washington DC reportedly has a package with accommodations for two in the Trump Townhouse duplex suite, roundtrip domestic flights in first class, dinner for 24 in the suite’s dining room, and 24/7 car service. Price tag: $500,000.

JW Marriott Washington DCPackage for over 330 people, including 325 guest rooms, four presidential suites, a $400,000 food and beverage credit, custom menus, private viewing party (hotel is located along the parade route) on the terrace, and a bourbon barrel tasting reception. Price tag: $2.5 million.

Ritz-Carlton, Washington DC – Package for two people including round trip flights to/from DC in first class from any US location, four nights in the presidential suite with club access, one hair and make-up service, dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and monogrammed pillowcases with the Presidential Seal as a take home gift. Price tag: $34,000
