For those not familiar with Daily Getaways, over the next four weeks, travel deals and packages will be available on a first-come first-served each weekday from today April 4, 2016 through May 6, 2016. For a look at the calendar with week 1 or week 2’s offers, click here.
Here are the packages available today along with purchase links –

50,000 for $293 (1,500 packages available) Cost per point = .58 cents

To purchase points when they go on sale at 1pm EST, get your credit card ready, use the links above or follow this link to this week’s calendar for the week of April 4, 2016 and select the package you are interested in. Last year though some IHG packages were left, many other of the Daily Getaways went quickly. If you are interested in any Daily Getaways package, my advice would be to be prepared to try to snag some right when the sale goes live. After purchasing, the points will be deposited into your account in 10 business days. You can purchase a maximum of 3-5 points packages depending on the number of points being offered, and a total max of 16 IHG points packages across all of the offers.
3. No more than 3 packages of points purchased through this offer are allowed per loyalty number. A maximum of 16 packages of points is allowed per loyalty number across all IHG offers.
Redeeming IHG points at some of the upper end properties is a great way to use these points. In fact, a couple years back, reader SJ purchased 3 of the 100,000 point packages and was able to stay at the InterContinental Le Grand Paris for a romantic anniversary.
On the lower end, you can also redeem just 5,000 for a night at one of IHG’s PointBreak properties that are on the list good through April 30, 2016, or wait until the new list comes out later this month and use them at different hotels. There are less of the high-end InterContinental properties showing up on the PointBreak lists these days, but there can still be some good properties.
Today’s sale is a great opportunity to get IHG Rewards Club points below the regular purchase rate of over 1.14 cents per point. IHG Rewards Club points can be redeemed at any InterContinental Hotels, Hotel Indigo, Crowne Plaza Hotels, Holiday Inn Hotels, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites, Candlewood Suites, Kimpton, EVEN Hotels and HUALUXE Hotels.
Will you purchase any of the IHG Rewards Points packages today?
