Daily Getaways is right around the corner, and the first two weeks of deals have been revealed for preview.

For those not familiar with Daily Getaways, over the last six years the U.S. Travel Association has offered some great travel deals and packages on a first-come first-served basis. Past offers have included discounted loyalty points, savings on SeaWorld passes, savings on hotel nights in Vegas, car rentals, and so on.

Some of the offers are only mildly interesting, but some are great for those planning travels in the summertime as well as savvy travelers looking to maximize their options.

The fun this year starts this coming Monday April 4, 2016 when different travel deals go live each weekday until May 6, 2016.

Here is the preview look at the calendar of deals for the first week (April 4-8) –

Some of the packages in years past have sold out almost immediately. I’ll go over each day’s deals before they go live, to give you a better analysis before purchasing.

If you have your eye on one of the deals it is wise to be ready to purchase right at 1pm EST on the date it goes on sale. Last year Hyatt Gold Passport points were on offer for 1 cent each, which is a great deal. I was online and ready to go right when they went on sale, but alas I must have been too slow and all the packages sold out. Maybe this year I’ll do better!

Do any of the deals in the first two weeks appeal to you?
