Expedia is offering $75 off $300 or more mobile app hotel bookings made by Expedia+ members via a “spooktacular” coupon, when you book on the Expedia App by November 2, 2015. Called a loyalty coupon, you’ll also earn 3x the base Expedia+ points. The coupon is intended for first-time mobile Expedia booking users, though in the past readers have had success even if they’ve used a coupon before.

Expedia’s coupons are frequently $50 off a $200 booking, so this $75 off $300 coupon is especially good if you don’t have hotel status and are just looking to get some savings.

Travel/bookings must be completed by March 31, 2016, which is a nice length of time. Sometimes their coupons require bookings to be done by the end of the following month and I’ve typically already planned out my travels at least that far already.

Note that this time Expedia is excluding Marriott hotels, as well as IHG and Starwood properties. This is new, since in the past Expedia has only excluded Marriott from coupon use. Also, the coupon can only be used for a standalone hotel booking, not a hotel + flight or hotel + car booking.
