Coca Cola and IHG Rewards Club have released a fun promotion called Reel Summer.

Register and play daily to try your hand at winning one of 30,000 instant prizes. There are currently 3 series of questions aka. challenges available, the “Story maker”, “Where’s your reel summer vacation”, and “What’s your traveling style”. For each one you complete you have a chance to win prizes such as free movie tickets, Coca Cola, or popcorn.

I tried one of the questionnaires, and found out my travel style. Seems about right!

You’ll also automatically get entered to win 1 of 5 Hollywood Experiences Grand prizes, which includes RT airfare to Los Angeles, a 5 day/4 night IHG hotel stay, $2,000 in shopping money, a rental car, Universal Studios tickets, surf lessons, a helicopter flight, and a horseback ride to the Hollywood sign. Qualified stays at hotels will earn entries in the contest as well.

In addition, as part of this promotion, for every 3 qualified stays between May 15 and September 2, 2014 at participating properties you will earn 5,000 bonus points. Register in advance, but be aware that some folks have received different emailed promotional codes. The code for 5,000 bonus points is 7093, but see this thread on Milepoint to read about different offers. They are not stackable, so apply wisely.

As part of the newly inked IHG and Coca-Cola agreement, hotel guests will soon see Coca Cola products during their stay at all participating IHG hotels in the US.
